Butterfly Martini

Ingredients

• Grey Goose Le Citron                           1 ½ Parts                        
• White Grape Juice                                 2     Parts                             
• Mint Leaves                                             3                                        
• Basil Leaves                                           3                                          
• Elderflower Cordial                               1     tsp                              
• Fresh Lemon Juice                               1     tsp                           
• Lemon Rind                                            1                                          

Prep:

Fill a cocktail shaker with shredded basil and mint leaves, and combine with all other ingredients.

Shake hard with plenty of ice.

Strain through a fine sieve, and tip with a squeeze of lemon rind to release essential oils.

Discard rind.

Serve in cocktail glass and garnish with an edible flower.

Three Olives Pink Chocolate Martini

Ingredients

1 ounce Three Olives Cake or Vanilla Vodka

1-1/2 ounces Creme de Cacao

1/2 ounce Amaretto

1/2 ounce Grenadine

4 tablespoons Cool Whip

Ice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake until cool whip is dissolved. Strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed in chocolate!

Now you’re in chocolate bliss!!

Preparation

1.  Shake all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice.

2.  Strain into a sling glass and garnish with edible gold flakes.
